Standard Shipping (Free Tier)

Order Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse sorting, packing, and dispatch before transit begins. Temporary processing delays may occur during holiday sales, flash promotions, or inventory restock periods.

Shipment Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, an automated email containing full tracking information will be sent to your checkout email address. You can view real-time shipment progress via the tracking link provided.

International Shipping Terms

All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local handling surcharges are the sole responsibility of the customer upon package arrival. We do not cover any cross-border import-related expenses.

We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, local carrier disruptions, regional logistics restrictions, or unforeseen transit emergencies.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact us at sequoia-logjam.18@icloud.com or +1 540-632-8684 within 7 calendar days after the scheduled delivery date. Valid claims require tracking numbers, photos of damaged packaging, and item condition proof for review. We will resolve eligible claims with replacement goods or store credit at our sole discretion.
